Over the next few months, you’ll hear all about the adventures of Natasha, Naturally L&A’s co-op student from Napanee District Secondary School. 

She’ll be out and about in our wonderful communities, visiting our local businesses and showcasing all the wonderful assets that Lennox & Addington has to offer. Her goal is to immerse you in all things L&A, and ultimately inspire you to explore our fabulous destination for yourself.

Natasha is passionate about her community and her goal is to earn a degree in media & communications. We think that her time with us here at Naturally L&A will be a perfect fit!

Hi there, Lennox & Addington! I’m Natasha Kennedy-Eros, a student in my final year at Napanee District Secondary School. I’m fortunate enough to have the privilege of working with Naturally L&A for a co-op in my final semester of high school. Here’s a bit about me…

When it comes to personal interests, my big three are European Football (soccer), reading, and Formula One racing. Following this current academic chapter, I’ll be attending university to earn a degree in Media & Communications with a specialization in the Sports PR industry. That is a big part of why this opportunity is so important to me. Beyond the joy of working within my community and better involving myself in local occurrences, I’m also confident that this will be an important step in obtaining and growing the necessary skills to support my future goals.

Throughout this placement, I anticipate I will have the chance to strengthen my communication skills and build confidence in my public conveying of words and information. I’m enthusiastic about the concept of connecting with my community on a deeper level and familiarizing myself further with the businesses and individuals around me while I’m still living in the area. I grew up here, and I will always know my way around like a local, even when that title no longer fits.

Over the course of my time working with Naturally L&A, I’m excited about the connections I will form and the useful interpersonal skills I will learn, as well as the informational ones. I can’t wait to share more about what I learn along the way, and the local wonders we are lucky enough to have.

Through exploring our local businesses and learning more about the wonderful individuals behind them, I hope to assist in affording them some well-deserved recognition and sharing some insight. I have always been passionate about getting involved in my community, and see fewer better ways than this.
