Deerock Lake in Addington Highlands

When I first moved to this region about four years ago, people would always tell me I needed to visit Addington Highlands. I finally made the trip a year later and quickly realized I had been missing out all that time.

Throughout Addington Highlands, you’ll find one-of-a-kind shops, great paddling spots, amazing dining options, and plenty of scenic outdoor adventures. The area has a unique atmosphere, with its peaceful surroundings and rugged Canadian Shield landscape that make every visit feel like a true escape.

A trip to Lennox & Addington is never complete without a drive through Addington Highlands, so be sure to hit Highway 41 and head north!

To help you plan your next visit, I’ve put together an Addington Highlands itinerary featuring some great places to explore, eat, and enjoy along the way.
