If you’re local to our area, you’ve probably heard about the legend of the Mazinaw Lake Monster. The story likely comes to mind, at least for a passing moment, every time you jump off the dock at a friend’s cottage on the lake, or hit the beach for a refreshing swim.
At least it does for my family when we make our regular summertime visits to Bon Echo Provincial Park. I’m sure we’re not alone.
