You can see the moon from everywhere, but have you ever looked at it up close? Join us for our first ever “Up Close with The Moon” event on Saturday, June 11th at 9:30pm. Volunteer Tim Trentadue will be at the Dark Sky Viewing Area to teach visitors bit about the moon, and you can take a up close look at its surface through his high powered telescope.
