About the Artist:
Hi, my name is Tanya and I am a mom of 3 who have many knitted/crochet hats, mitts, scarves and vests!! I started my career in Graphic Design and was a photographer for many years. I have always been artistic and interested in trying new mediums and styles from drawing and painting to playing instruments and photography. My mom taught me the basics of knitting when I was around 10 and I rekindled my love for this art form after I had my kids. I then switched to crochet as it is more conducive to work on and take with you anywhere. There is something very satisfying and relaxing when making something with your hands that I love. It brings me great joy to constantly challenge myself with new and more difficult projects.

Special Notice
