Mike will teach you about the annual cycle of bee life and beekeeper activities. You’ll see what equipment is needed, and be able to handle tools and gear. There will be an observation colony (pls bring safety glasses and a sweater or jacket if you wish to get up close) where you can watch the bees and learn to identify different roles within the colony.
