Have you have ever wondered how to calmly discuss climate change with your children, your family or friends? Join us virtually on Tuesday, February 8 at 7:00 pm as Friends of the Napanee River present Betty Plewes from Climate Legacy Canada. Betty will explain how Seniors, in particular, can use their voice, life experiences, time and capital to influence the climate agenda across all levels of society toward a more sustainable world.

Betty Plewes is a director of Climate Legacy Canada, a long-time member of Canadian Universities Services Overseas, and President and CEO of the Canadian Council for International Co-operation. She helped create the Canadian Voluntary Sector Roundtable.
