Lennox and Addington County is accepting applications from residents that are interested in being considered for appointment to the Economic Development Coalition. The Coalition provides advice for business promotion and matters related to economic development.
County Council will appoint 10 members to represent the following sectors: Manufacturing/Utilities (2), Tourism (1), Agriculture (1), Financial Services (1), Education/Training (1), Small Business/Entrepreneurship (1), Member At Large (3).
Coalition members are appointed for a two-year term beginning in January 2024. Participation is on a volunteer basis. Members must be prepared to attend 4 virtual meetings per year.
Interested individuals should submit a letter outlining relevant experience and community involvement to the undersigned no later than Friday, December 1, 2023. For more information or for a copy of the Coalition’s Terms of Reference please contact:
